As a manufacturer of ski goggles and eye/sunglasses, we must control each manufacturing steps of the product. Moreover, to build a sustainable client relationship we engaged ourself to respond to your questions as soon as possible.
When your design is validated, we will can present you your first prototype in 3D printing. Then, after the deadline is determined we will start mold making (with CNC and electro-erosion machine).
Plastic injection is the next step, we will test the mold on an injection press with the chosen plastic materiel (polypropylène, elastolan, nylon, ABS, etc.), to be sure that it works perfectly and then to ensure the quality of the finished product.
When the “frame” will be injected, the painting will be realized with various processes if the paint is uniform or with motif.
Next, the lenses with many possibilities:
- type of protection (S1/S2/S3/S4)
- treatments (chrome/miror/polarized/photochromic/UV protection/anti-scratch/anti-fog)
For the straps, when the design and the colors will be validated, the tests will be realized and then the production will start. Your logo can be weaved into the strap or on reported pieces and weaved on the strap. Silicon grip strips can be applied.
Components assembly will be made manually and finally packaged.
